The family refers to the different segments of the house. Von Draconus is composed
of a Ruling Triumverate, an Inner Circle, and an outer circle.  The Triumverate 
is the administration of the House.  The Inner circle is the full fledged members of 
the house.  The outer circle is prospects, donors, black swans, and white swans. Despite 
the segments of the house, all are treated equally and fairly. That is what family is about 
after all. For now, we will give you the Triumverate. Upon request for admission into 
the house, you will be given access to more information.
